Fernando de Noronha is the name of a set of small islands in the Northeast of Brazil. It is considered a natural sanctuary and entrance is controlled. I understand why: it is simply amazing! When I went there last year I was not expecting anything different from other places I have been such as the Northeast coast of Australia (and its famous Great Barrier Reef) and the beaches of Hawaii. When you arrive this is your first impression: a warm place with beaches. However in the first day I took a walk throughout the main island and felt that there was something special there: the birds, the small animals on the rocks and the color of the ocean water are unique. In my second day, I went diving in one gorgeous beach and found myself playing with fishes (the natives call them "sargeants"). They insisted on biting me! At first I was fearful but them I just focused my attention in their beauty. Moreover, later on, I spotted an enormous see turtle a few feet away from me. Unfortunately, my brother was not aware of the turtle and when he got closer it swam away. Later on I discovered that turtles are so frequently seem in Fernando de Noronha that I should not have been mad about my brother because he scared the turtle… Anyway, that same day we had dinner in small a restaurant owned by a Brazilian family. We felt very welcomed! A really nice thing is that Brazilian people are very warm and receptive. Though some of them can't speak English they try their best to understand and be understood. The other two days went very fast as we dedicated to scuba diving. I don't know if this is just my personal impression but Fernando de Noronha was the place I had the best scuba diving experiences in my life: warm and calm water, clear vision, beautiful sea life and nice people.
Next year I'm on holiday to the UK with my parents - renting out a cottage in the peak district - something very different to my diving experiences! |

I am a person who values order in any place that I am or go to. When I am in a place that is likely to have disorder, I try my best to bring order into the picture. If it means telling the people what it means when there is order I will do that just to have that peaceful environment. If these people have an aim of get passports at the end of a specific period. I remind them about the passport regulations that they have to adhere to for safety. I ensure that I have told them what they should do and not do to remain on the safe side during the period they are applying for their passports and when the passports are being processed. The regulations book is given to every person who wants to apply for a passport to remind them the dos and don'ts of passports. Those things that they have been denied should not be done at all. They should be avoided because they are the same things that will lead them into trouble. |

I do not know if many people know this, having kids changes everything. There are no more self ambitions the only ambitions one can and should afford are those of the children. No once forces parents to put their kids first, it is something that they feel obligated to. This is because the parent child bond is almost inseparable especially when the children are very young. The parents will do almost anything to make sure that their kids get whatever it is that they want. They stop thinking about only themselves and when they make decisions these decisions will be determined by the safety and comfort of their children. There are those families that decide that the mother will stay at home and take care of their children or child. You will find that every errand that she will have to make will have to be at a convenient place. That is why many of them even when sending letters and packages will look for post office locations that will suit them and their babies. They will go one that is nearest and also one that is nearest other shopping centers so that they could be able to shop and send letters at the same time. |

I decided to hire a motorhome for my holiday last summer. I went abroad - across Europe to a place called Gmunden in Austria. I'd worked there before back in the early 90s and I wanted to see what it was like in 2011. Well, it was like going back in time - it had hardly changed at all, and I met up with some old friends there. It's set against a beautiful lake, without mountains surrounding the lake. It's a beautiful little town that was frequented by Franz Schubert the composer - and I am sure he took a lot of inspiration from the scenery there. I went in the summer so the weather was rather hot, but the cable car trip allowed me to rise up to cooler climes along Traun Stein which I found very refreshing. All in all, it was a wonderful trip and I may do it again. |
