Problems With The Connection On My Internet

We bought our computer to enjoy it but it has been nothing but trouble! Since we bought our computer we have no end of problems and are thinking maybe we should not have bothered, we are in our sixties and thought we should start to be modern and get the computer to keep in touch with people and let our grandchildren use it when they come to stay with us. Since we got ours, we have had internet connections problems, email problems and also we can't for the life of us work out how to get the web cam working! I know it probably seems easy to some people to get all of our problems sorted, when you are new however and have no idea what you are doing, it can be very difficult for beginners. Maybe we should go on a course or something or maybe we are just trying something that is way beyond our abilities! We will keep on trying but we feel we are wasting our time as we always seem to be trying to fix things instead of using it and enjoying it like what we bought it for.
