All internet users sometimes forget their password. Its quite a common thing that happens with most of the people every now and then. Earlier several sites don't even have the options to create a new password or retrieve the earlier one. But now its very easy to get the password back. Most of the website sends your password to the e-mail id that you register at the time of registration. But what if you forget your username itself. I have faced such problem once. i forgot my facebook username once. I tried a lot to login to my facebook account but I was not able to login. I requested to retrieve password in my account as I thought that it might be because of new password. But finally I got to know that it is not because of wrong password but because of wrong username. Then I checked my mail and find out the confirmation and welcome mail facebook had sent me at the time of registration. I found my username and password in that mail. Now whenever I join a site I use quite a generic and similar username. |

Orange telecommunications deal with phones and internet at the same time. Broadband internet is also made available to their customers who are mainly business people. The reason why they get a lot of business clients is that their broadband internet almost does not have hitches and when they do, and they are called to come fix orange, they do it very well and they do not take a long time to respond. Their phones are also top notch and they seem to be sync with the current technology of phones. Just like other mobile service providers, they have smart phones that people can buy. Since there is constant competition between various mobile service providers and even internet providers, they know how to stay afloat in the current overly competitive mobile phone market and internet services too. They have internet packages that are affordable and very hardy and customers like that. Some of their phones are on discount once in a while and customers always notice this. This is what makes orange get noticed in the telecommunications world. |

The vibrate settings on phone are for a reason put in as optional. Don't be dumb and set your phone to vibrate when you have no meaningful reason to do so. At least if you really love your phone and you want to find it when it is misplaced, you will do the right thing to have a ringer on it. The entire time that you could be running at people's head when you can't locate your phone and you can't ring it because it is on vibrate you could be standing near it yet it could be out of sight. Just fathom how laughable you will be when on howcanyoufindoutwhocalledyou.com you post a comment for people to give you tips to locate your phone. You will be insulted by persons who will say straight to you that you don't deserve to be having a phone at all if you cannot take good use of it. Fail to be careful and your handset will live under your bed for months when you have acquired a new one at a loss over foolishly not locating the old one. |

Benjamin was working at the office from eight in the morning until five in the afternoon. He was one of the busiest people in the office and yet he can still afford to help the other people in the office that had trouble with their computers. His friend and officemate, Madison was one of the few people of whom he calls a regular in acquiring his free services. Madison works as the editor-in-chief for the feature that they were going to do on the top five young entrepreneurs of the year. Like him, she was also very busy in contacting the people that they need to interview or to research about the things that they need to include in their article. This had something to do with watching videos, which was also part of the research process.She noticed that the video wasn't playing. She then consulted the guru beside her and told him that there was a problem with flash player 10. Benjamin then told her to update the player and after a few minutes, she was already able to watch the video. |

It is a Monday morning and John is running late for school. He slept late because he needed to work on a school project which is due for submission today. Unfortunately, he was not able to print out the papers because he was already very sleepy. He just thought of waking up earlier to have enough time to do the printouts. But now, it looks like John needs a miracle to finish everything in fifteen minutes. It did not help that his computer could not find samsung printers support system. All the more, John is going to be late. Instead of forcing it and getting all stressed out, John decided to take a shower and then have a cup of coffee and enjoy the pancakes his mom has graciously prepared for him. He knew that it would not help for him to panic and so he thought of going to school without the printouts yet. He planned to approach his professor, tell him what happened and hope that his professor would believe him and give him due consideration. His mom wished him luck as he left. |

The first thing that customers look for from support staff is fairness. No customer wants to make a call to a firm only to be treated with bias. I talked to the bt head of department for customer services and he assured me that past failures of this company have been linked strongly to bias by phone bt broadband support staff. Callers who used cheaper packages for broadband services had initially been treated with less seriousness while buyers of expensive broadband packages seemed to get crème de la crème treatment. What many customer services departments in many other companies need to note is that customers need to be treated as one no matter how much they buy of a product. Secondly, customers look for emotional understanding from support staff. Customers prefer that when they call a company their problems will be addresses from the viewpoint of 'we' such that a customer support staff member can appear to share the burden with a caller. Thirdly, customers would want to call a company and receive immediate attention. Customers expect that support staff will see to their concerns as a priority. |

We have lived in our home for 26 years and except for tiling the kitchen and upstairs bathroom floors and painting the bedrooms and bathroom, and the odd luxury purchase from Tech2o, no major changes or renovations have been done so there are a lot of remodeling projects I would like to do. We have started a few projects. We recently put new carpet in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms and will soon be installing tile downstairs. I always said that the previous owners must have owned a wallpaper store because there is so much wallpaper in this houseeven the ceiling in the kitchen is wallpapered. Removing all the wallpaper and painting is something that desperately needs to be done and is on our to-do list. Also, major changes need to be done in the kitchen such as granite countertops and re-tiling the walls. So, basically everything needs to be done from top to bottom so we'll be busy for a long time. |

When it comes to getting tech support for my home office computer system, I have usually had good customer service. I currently have three computers and a laptop for my home office, and from time to time each one has had some sort of technical issue or system problem. Just last week my laptop system crashed, which prevented me from retrieving important documents. I immediately called my tech support representative, and they were able to walk me through the steps of getting my system back on track. In another instance the hard drive on one of my desktop computers contracted a virus. This virus prevented me from starting up my computer and it also temporarily froze all of my saved documents. The tech support rep that I called for this issue was not as knowledgeable as the one I contacted before. However they did finally manage to walk me through the process of removing the virus from my hard drive. All in all I have to say that my experience with tech support reps has been generally good.

There was one time that I had so much to thank my boyfriend for. Though he was older than me, I can really feel that he was really caring for me. He always wanted to know what was making me uncomfortable and what were the things that I needed to have for that day. One time when I had problems with my phone, he sweetly asked me, Having LG Chocolate Problems again? I nodded and gave him the phone so that he could examine it. Much to my surprise, he was able to fix it. I really gave him a hard kiss on the cheek and embrace. My boyfriend means everything to me. He was this special guy that was always there for me. When he asked me to marry him after I graduated from college, all I could remember was the embrace that we had after I said yes. It was the happiest moment of his life. Now that we have two kids, I'm still thankful to have him as a boyfriend and now as a husband. |

Phones are very important devices today. They enable communication and help us connect to the rest of the world. During the past days, we would use telephones that had cords. It was my holiday and I should have been in bed but something dragged me to the new hypermarket which had opened in town. I was planning to buy an iPod for sometime but since I was busy with office work I did not have a chance to buy one. When I heard that this new hypermarket had opened in town I wanted to have a look at it. People who had been over there could not stop raving about the wide variety of household items and electronic stuff available there. Above all there were such attractive promotions going on at the hypermarket that it was difficult to miss it. I was amazed when I first entered and I knew that I would be able to find the iPod that I needed. I had a look at the section where the iPod was kept. I asked the sales man how they could help me if I needed help with ipod shuffle. He assured me that they had a dedicated after sales service team to help the customers. I was very happy to hear that so I decided to go ahead with my purchase. |

I think everyone has used the post office media subscription service that sends magazines and newspapers to our doors every day or every week. I also know that everyone has had those bad experiences when subscriptions were delivered when no one was home and the dog ate the magazine or rain poured on delivered newspapers and money was wasted. That all happened in the days before online media subscriptions came to the forefront. Online media subscriptions can be paid for via phones or via the internet and long gone are the daunting trips to post offices to pay for delivery services for media subscriptions. A good example of how cheap and easy it has become to make online subscriptions for media products is seen in the effectiveness of the aol support email. Aol is always on standby to approve bulk payments for online subscriptions. Aol fans can then receive entertainment, finance, gardening, and other kinds of magazine publications at annual discounts for bulk payments. The post office never used to offer such cheap offers when it was the main link to media subscriptions. |

When a person is used to buying products from a particular company, he trusts them so much that he cannot imagine ever complaining. What happens is that whenever a problem arises the person will offer excuses for that company. Todd was such kind of a person. He only used talktalk products and had never before had a problem. When the broadband service he was using suddenly became slow, he was adamant that the computer was the one with the problem. He tried to fix the computer but the problem still persisted. His last attempt was to use the talktalk helpline to ask for support. That is when he was told that there had been a minor problem with the broadband service which was being worked on. As he had never had such a problem, he was quick to listen to their explanation and wait eagerly for the time when it would be fixed. The company had already shown him that they could be trusted. That was the reason he was willing to wait without raising trouble. |

Technical help is important to someone who has problems with a technical machine. Unless you are a technician you will not understand what the problem is. A technician will tell you what the problem is or where it is arising from after they have an insight of your machine. If you have an email address of a technician you know, you can send them mail with the words 'i need technical support'. The technician will know immediately what you need and respond quickly. Response to problems depends with the way the problem has been explained and help has been sought for. Urgent need of help will be told from the way that the help is being searched for. Some help calls would be so urgent that immediate response is all that they require. Any technician can tell the urgency in such a call and not decide to ignore it. Helping people as a technician would be something you do willingly. The reason being if you don't respond urgently to these help calls, someone will suffer. Technical problems are so frustrating and can give someone pain. |

I have two photos. One of myself and one of my fiance. My fiance really likes how she looks in her picture and apparently I look acceptable in mine. She now wants the 2 pictures to be combined in to one photo. I am not sure how to photoshop a person into a picture so that it looks like they were there when it was taken. Apparently I am the one that is going to be transplated in to her photo, something to do with the background being easier to work with she says, although I think she secretly dislikes the other people in my photo. Thankfully we are both in very similar settings so the light and things are very similar, on holiday in spain, at roughly the same time of year on the beach. She wants it done so that we can have a nice photo to hand to relatives she says. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated if you could give me the instructions in a very simple step by step proceedure. |

It has been said that many people are experiencing problems when it comes to using their sweat costing blackberrys. Everything you buy nowadays comes with an operations manual. Some of this manuals leave one more confused than enlightened. So one is forced to make inquiries from other quarters. Recently I came across a question in one of the dailies that read something like, do I need internet to use blackberry messenger? The person went on to explain how he had been trying for sometime to use blackberry messenger to no success. Was there something wrong with the phone? Was there something the owner needed to do? These were some of the questions that other users with the same problem asked. The answer to the question was that the phone wasn't faulty, all the owners needed to do was install Internet as well as data plan for so as to use blackberry messenger. It is my opinion that people selling some of this technical devices should at least inform their customers on the basics. I bet someone is with me on this I bet. |

Jerry was checking his e-mails at work during the lunch break. He had received an e-mail which required him to open a link. He clicked on the link and it opened the website. Upon opening the website he saw a pop up which asked him to allow Active X controls. He did not know what to do so he asked a colleague, What is Active X and Do I Need Active X on my computer? His colleague said that Active X is often used on websites so that they can interact with your computer. It's like the Windows site uses Active-X to check your computer for the necessary updates that are required by your computer. At the same time some non-reliable sites can use it to install malicious files on your computer. So one needs to be confident about the reliability of the site before allowing the site to install the controls of Active X. After hearing all this, Jerry thought it would be a sensible thing to not install it. It was just a forwarded message from his friend and he did not even know what the website was all about. So he decided to skip it. |

People need to know that they can always have what they feel that they deserve from their service providers if only they make their wishes known to them. There are companies that give their clients time to state their needs and they are always ready to serve them. In such companies, those clients who never state their problems because maybe of fear that they may get frustrated never receive any help. If for instance you are using bt broadband and you realize that you are having a slow connection to the internet, it is good to call for help and say exactly what you need for your service provider to grant it. If you keep it to yourself, the service provider may never know that you are needy and therefore he may not be able to help you well.
